Terms and Conditions – CALVIN KLEIN Promotions

1. Promoter: Chin Yin Pty Ltd trading as DFO Jindalee ABN 51 882 656 946
2. Promotion Period: These promotions are valid from 21st February 2025 to 26th February 2025 inclusive.
3. Eligibility: The following are ineligible to enter: (i) employees of the Promoter, Willcom Property, or any of the tenants or retailers from DFO Jindalee or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the promotion; (ii) the spouse, defacto, parent, child or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
4. Eligibility: To enter, simply engage with our promotional posts on Facebook and Instagram by commenting as follows:
• Tell us which CALVIN KLEIN item you’d love to shop for first, and you could WIN a $100 CALVIN KLEIN voucher!
• Tag a friend who needs a CALVIN KLEIN shopping spree to enter for a chance to win!
• Let us know what the first thing you’ll shop for at the new CALVIN KLEIN store will be!
• Sign up to the CALVIN KLEIN VIP List for exclusive news and offers!

Participate by commenting when prompted and ask the relevant questions as they come up in our promotional campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

1. Prize Details: 1 x $100 Calvin Klein gift vouchers. One for each promotion.
2. Winner Announcement: Winners will be published on DFO Jindalee Facebook and Instagram page on 27th February, 2025.
3. Delivery & Collection: The winner must present valid photo identification to claim their prize, e.g. Drivers Licence, 18+ card. DFO Jindalee will advise winners when and where to collect their gift voucher’s.
4. Changes or Cancellations: If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or property conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
5. Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, DFO Jindalee is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with the promotion or the use of the voucher.
6. Privacy: By participating in this promotion, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, in accordance with DFO Jindalee’s privacy policy.
